Welcome to my ever growing 'pictures for sale' gallery.
As walking is a hobby of mine, I particularly enjoy this type of photography, especially in the nearby English Lake District.
Apart from occasionally hiking to the summit of mountain to snap a dramatic view, I tend to spend more time capturing the beauty in the everyday scenery around us. I prefer this to the high contrast abstract-style black and white landscapes which may have been dramatically altered in Photoshop. Most of my pictures have received only minimal digital enhancement in Photoshop!
I love interesting skies and reflections on water in particular, which dominate many of my images.
I find photographing wildlife and plantlife close-up very satisfying and intend to put more of these shots on this gallery soon.
