I am delighted to once again be part of Animal Care’s fundraising Open Day on Sunday 21st May 10-3, at the Scotforth animal rescue centre.

I will be setting up my indoor photo studio (no more worries about the gazebo taking off!) and offering professional portraits of pets, as well as their owners (if they wish). It’s not all about dogs though,  as in previous years I have snapped a cat, snake, lizard and a tortoise! If you just want a portrait of the kids, a pet isn’t necessary either. There will be a variety of print sizes, digital images and photo key fobs available to purchase at very reasonable prices and 50% of all sales on the day will be donated to Animal Care.

There’s no need to book in advance, just turn up anytime between 10am and 3pm. There are lots of other great activities; a dog show, pony rides, face painting, stalls and a craft workshop (see below), so why not take the family and make a fun day of it?
